To small
Hi Mia, we're sorry to hear that the basket was smaller than expected. The exact size and all details are presented in the product description, and they correspond to the product. We accept returns in case if the customer has contacted us directly right after the product delivery. Best wishes, Anzy home
I would have preferred if it was made more clear that the lounger is sold separately. Not sure why the title says "3 in 1" "Lounging and Changing." Product quality is ok. I wouldn't have purchased knowing its $300 for just a basket.
Received high quality Baby Lounging and Changing Basket in time. Great product. Highly recommended
The Baby Lounging and Changing basket is wonderful. It is light to pick up but durable for an infant. Very soft and cozy. Definitely worth the weight.
Margo from customer service was extremely responsive. She offered several options due to the delay in shipping.
The only thing I would say is to clearly mention the product is coming from Ukraine and could experience delays. It may have been there, but I did not see it.
I’m very happy with this purchase and Margo’s professionalism and helpfulness.
