Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• Contact and order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, and what you buy.
• Payment details: processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login and preferences.
• Messages: what you write to us, for example in a support email.
• Browsing data: device, browser, IP address and how you use the site, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• Process, ship and support your order, handle returns: performance of our contract with you.
• Keep invoices and accounting records: legal obligation.
• Prevent fraud and keep the site secure: our legitimate interest.
• Send newsletters and offers: your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Analytics and personalised ads through cookies: your consent (given in the cookie banner).
• Emails about similar products after a purchase: our legitimate interest (you can opt out at any time).

Who we share it with

We share your data only with providers who help us run the shop, under contracts that protect your data:

• Shopify (our online store platform) and payment providers
• Delivery companies
• Email and customer service tools
• Analytics and advertising partners, only with your consent (for example Google and Meta)

We never sell your personal data. We may also share data when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada or the United States. When they do, we rely on protections recognised by the European Commission, such as adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice data: as long as tax and commercial law requires, generally up to 6 years.
• Account data: until you close your account.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to send it to you or another company. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before. Email customer.support@anzyhome.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Children

Our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
